In this community, I'm sure many of us face body dysmorphia, some sort of body image issues, in our everyday life. I started this thread to speak specifically about ways to overcome body dysmorphia and encourage our friends in the community. As someone with body image issues, it is important for me, personally, to go to the gym. Not so I can fix my body, but so I can fix my mind and feel powerful via the weight I lift. How do you deal with body image issues?
